“It was okay. The box containing the lights was a bit squashed, and the fittings were in a bag which was opened and so everything fell out. Thankfully, nothing was missing despite the box being broken. The screw on the top plate was missing though. Thank goodness our light installer had another one otherwise we would have to return it.”

“Competitive prices, Customer Service (with home speaking person i.e. not a foreign call centre), product well packaged would have given 5 stars but dispatch delay. Ordered on Wednesday and hadn't received a dispatch notification so rang on Monday said they would send out that day and I would receive a tracking number. Wednesday still no tracking number rang again and said should have been dispatched yesterday and would send out today, Late afternoon I received an email to say it had been dispatched and received in the next day.”

“Middle shade bar is slightly bent. One end shade is loose. I like the look of the lights despite but would have liked them to be perfect for the price. The builder had already put them up before I got home or I would have sent them back!”
