Do not use these people for Christmas Presents. I purchased a top on 24/11/19 as a Christmas Present. Because it was not purchased between 3rd and 24th December they will not allow a return. So beware - if you are buying presents avoid at all costs. I will never use Silkfred again. I am left with a top completely undamaged, that I dont want. I will also need to buy my daughter another present.

The items I ordered didn't even turn up, their customer service is simply non-existent . All you get is a standard reply saying that they will get back to you but needless to say they never do. There is no telephone number so you cannot speak to anybody. Obviously I have seen no refund. Please learn by my mistake to DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. UPDATE: I have since emailed Tamsin 3 times. NO RESPONSE received until 3 days later (7Jan) today I received an automated response email telling me that the query is now closed!! Needless to say, no refund received. PLEASE AVOID.

I ordered some earrings late Sunday and they arrived first thing Tuesday ( next working day) You don't get much quicker or more reliable than that! They look just like the photo albeit a bit smaller than expected but they are great for the money £5.99 plus p +p

Website is very difficult to use and vouchers are difficult to add. Customer service is pretty much non existent. Save yourself the time and energy and shop somewhere else.

DO NIT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANYIf there was an option for zero stars this would be my rating. I ordered a dress which arrived- extremely poor quality- dress returned on recorded delivery- automated responses, denying receipt od package, no one stream of communication, closing the account etc! I still have not received a refund. Tonight I looked up the reviews- if I had read up these before ordering i would never have used this company Absolutely disgraceful Service and robbing money from honest people!!

I had a dress for Christmas and they only give you 14 days to return. It is therefore too late and the gift and money is totally wasted. Nobody leaves it that late to shop so I feel this timescale is totally unreasonable and will never shop there again.

Never recieved half of order which were supposed to be christmas presents. I was only refunded one item instead of two. Still in comms with them just seems slow.

Ordered two dresses returned them still haven't got a refund been about six weeks I have email them so many times one minute they say it will be sorted then they say they haven't got the returns avoid at all costs they owe me over £100 not happy!!!

Everything went wrong , deceitful, will only reply when commenting on Facebook , not by email , not by live chat , will create a tracking number to make you think the order has been dispatched , read all reviews on here and trustpilot . This company needs to be reported to watchdog and to Facebook for false advertising. , I do not believe any 5 stars given whatsoever

APPALLING service. Charged £8 for next day which is didn’t arrive. Ordered 2 dresses under the same order and shipping which didn’t arrive. When I emailed they claimed the second dress wasnt selected for next day. Even tho it was processed under the same order and doesn’t give you the option. Would not recommend ordering from here, worst customer service in the world !

So I ordered 2 dresses from here and asked for next day delivery. First dress arrives 2 days after order after paying £8 for next day. I emailed asking for the where abouts of the second dress and they claimed I hadnt selected next day delivery for the second dress BARE IN MIND it was processed under the SAME ORDER ! Absolutely ridiculous service, the website lies when it says orders usually arrive in 1-2 days. Dress was nice was general service is appalling.

If you’re wanting to feel fat and depressed in average quality clothes - here they are. Sizes are RIDICULOUS. Couldn’t possibly add photos of the outfits - it would cause mass hysteria.

The quality of the products is very poor.Nothing like the pictures on the website. Itchy material on both items. Not true to size ordered. Poor stitching on products also. Will not order again on the site. Also charged to return items. 80 pounds spent hope iam not waiting weeks for my money to be returned. Will not recommend silkfred to friends or family.

I have had the worst shopping experience with this comp-any ever! Please avoid them! They sell poor quality of clothing and shoes! I have been waiting 3 months for a refund of £145.00 which I had to chase about 10 times - if I didn't email SilkFred on a regular basis, I wouldn't get my money back. Additionally, I am still chasing a refund for defective earrings. Hannah, one of the staff members is the worst one to deal with as she never get back to you or basically lies on a regular basis saying that the matter is being dealt with (when clearly nothing is being done!) Not even once I was offered an apology!
