“Purchased a polo on sale. Didn’t receive it and I was advised it was out of stock and a refund wasn’t possible as sell was final - even though I was sold an item and later they advised out of stock!! MADE IN CHINA !!!”

“My large mens T fits like a huge garbage bag and is as long as a woman's night shirt ! The elastic string draw string shorts are way short and the cut is again like a can or bag. They are nothing more than 1970's cotton gym shorts yet cost a ton. Both are Waaaaay over priced. Likely my worst clothing buying experience ever and I am 59 years old rarely write a review. Over priced and zero cut fit !”

“I don't think I had ever had a horrible experience as the one I had with this company. 5 days and no answer to any phone call or emails,finally today a girl by the name Angela answer the phone and to make matters worst as I told her how upset i was and how poor reviews and customer service they had she said Thank you... seriously and before hanging up she yelled at me and hung up the phone. What kind of business is this??? I'm in shock.”

“This company has to be one of the worst if not the worst customer service ever, I'd been calling, emailing them for the past 6 days with No answer, who else should I contact?!!! I was going to do an exchange but absolutely without a doubt will not want one thing from them I just want to return. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I don't even want to leave one star but I didn't have a choice, they get a minus 10 stars.”

“This company has cheaply made material. The seams of my shorts are already coming undone after a month of ownership. Customer service is “unable” to do anything about this issue. Stick to Vineyard Vines and Southern Tide if you want your money’s worth.”

“HORRIBLE! Ordered extra small shorts, size chart said 27-29" waist. They came and they have got to be extra LARGE. HUGE! Tags all say extra small. I notified them and they said I could get a refund but that option is not even available online. Only exchanges. I will NEVER order from them again.”

“Customer service is awful. Never received the two pair of shorts I ordered and when I contacted them they told me that I would need to contact FedEX and then when I responded that I would just like to have my money refunded, I get a response that they are closed for the rest of the day (it was 10 am).”

“Made a complete ordered never received any items, have been trying to call for days. Finally got a response via email that the items are ordered are not in stock now. Terrible, incompetent customer no service. Ridiculous. Nice job Southern Marsh people appreciate that for Christmas.”

“Ordered size 34 pants and when they arrived they were 38.5in around. They apologized that the pants don’t measure correctly, and I could return them minus $9.50 for store credit. You have to be kidding me..I have to pay the return shipping after your clothes don’t measure correctly.”

“I can't rate Southern Marsh any higher because I can't buy anything from them. If you are a XXL, look elsewhere. Everything I have tried to buy is out of stock in my size, some items going on 2 years. I don't have this issue with Southern Tide or Vineyard Vines. I'm trying Southern Marsh, but you'er not helping.”
