Shirts are all different, same logo on all, some of the necks are bigger than others, some front seams are off also. Over priced for low quality that I didn't catch before I bought them.

You would think a “southern brand” of dress shirts would be made in the USA. I just paid $100 for a shirt that was made in China. I should have looked at the tag a little better.

Complete garbage. I bought a pair of pants and they won’t let me return them. It’s only been a couple of days and I haven’t even opened the pants. Won’t be shopping here again.

They have poor custom service, will not replace a Sunday morning sweater, that was washed one time and has a hole in it. It's a defect and is a $60 sweater

Don't buy from this company. Their return policy is horrible. I was sent a defective item. When I contacted them through email and sent pictures of the miss stitches (hole) in the collar. The color I originally ordered is out of stock, I had to choose another color. Then I have to return it to a FEDEX location and only after the item is received they will ship out the non-defective one. I paid $80 for this piece of clothing. I figure they would at the very least go ahead and ship it out. NOPE!!! This company is all about themselves. When I mentioned a refund. They said there would be a $9 restocking fee. WHAT?!?!?!?!? You are going to try and sell this to another customer. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM THEM. This is exactly what you get when you deal with a greedy small company.

I purchased my son a SM pullover for Christmas which was over $100 with shipping(will never spend that kind of money on 1 item and pay shipping too ever again) When it arrived there was a huge rip in the pocket liner I contacted SM to let them know about the rip (they know the material is cheap I'm sure) and said I would stitch it myself because I didn't have your to return it and get another in time for Christmas. Attached pictures also. They responded with "if you decide to send it back, let us know" No apologies ,no nothing. I'm not sure why their products are so pricey , it's definitely not because of the high quality of materials being used.

Do not purchase from them! I bought a jacket less than a month ago. The sleeve openings are different sizes and one started to unravel. I contacted their customer service and they refuse to so anything about it because I bought it from Sun And Ski, but Sun and Ski didn’t make it and they don’t back it up. I will never buy from them again I will forever buy from other companies that do back up their products!!!!!

Do not buy these products. I was super excited to get my boys some of these shirts (tired of buying vinyard vines). Holy poop, the size difference of these shirts are insane. One shirt came in a youth small package, but was a youth medium, each shirt had extra thread everywhere and the size chart for my oldest was way off. The shirts are decent quality cotton, but not worth the money. To boot, I'm expected to pay from the return shipping, even the shirt that was their mistake. Did I mention our Southern Marsh shirts are made in China. Extremely disappointed for a product that is this expensive.

Poor Quality Control and customer service. Bought 2 shirts in the same size with vast differences. See attached photo. Customer service won't stand behind the defect and says it is normal for variances like this.

On November 5, 2020, I purchased a shirt as a Christmas gift for my husband which cost $39.50. The shirt was too small, and I I attempted to exchange it for a larger size after Christmas. When I tried to exchange it, I determined that they no longer had the size i needed. The shirt i wanted to exchange it for was $42 which I knew was more than $39.50 (but would have gladly paid the difference of $2.50 if they had offered, which they didn’t.) I was told they would provide me a $30 gift certificate which I could later use towards a later purchase; however, if I elected to simply return it, they would provide me a return label for $9.50 and credit me the difference upon return. They told me that even though my return window was open, they had already reduced the price of the shirt and had no way to upsell it. I have never had a business willing to provide me less than what I paid for an item unless it was a seasonal item like returning a Christmas tree a week after Christmas. In addition, trying to even complete an exchange form (which I attempted initially) was a joke. I would recommend you look at other companies with more ethical return policies (which are stated incompletely on their web page). My shirt would have been returned Unworn, with tag, and within 90 days of purchase.

I purchased a Sunday Morning Sweater for my daughter as a Christmas present. She wore it once and the fabric pulled apart creating a hole. I emailed their customer service asking for a replacement. They first told me I had purchased over 90 days ago so they couldn't do anything. I pointed out it had been Dec 11 and it was 30 days. The next response was that is looked like I cut it out and this item was not defective. I am appalled at the lack of customer service. A $59 product should not develop a hole after a few hours or wearing. Accusing me of cutting a hole in it was when they hit rock bottom. Sounds like they have some quality issues and wish I had read these posts first.

Oh my goodness please no one shop here. I bought one of their popular $85 fleeces. I just washed it for the first time ever....the entire seam on the bottle of the fleece has come apart. TERRIBLE quality for crazy prices. I knew I should have gone the patagonia route.

Useless and do not waste your money with this company. FedEx lost my package in which they picked them, and they would not resend another shirt or refund my money. I was out $80 because of them. Do not give them your business because it’s not appreciated.

Received a very expensive Reeves Pique pullover. I was surprised to see that the material was made so cheaply with a pull on the front right center chest area. And then I see that we are required to package and ship at our expense to return. Seriously?! You would think an expensive clothing company would at least cover the return cost. I didn't even both to inquire to dispute.

Ordered online. Received stained items. They were aware of the problem. They were going to make me pay shipping to return initially. They say they’ll refund my shipping once they receive my item but we’ll see if that actually happens. They also would not let me use the coupon code I used the day I purchased on replacement shirts.

Horrible return policy. In the age of Covid, they make it difficult to buy their prodcuts online an return. You order a prodcut you like and it does not fit, plus you can't try their product on before hand. Try to return and they tack on fees, reduce your return amount, and put you through more of a hassle than worth it. At this point I might have to try Amazon Basics, I hear that they are a little more 'Customer' focused.

Purchased a polo on sale. Didn’t receive it and I was advised it was out of stock and a refund wasn’t possible as sell was final - even though I was sold an item and later they advised out of stock!! MADE IN CHINA !!!

My large mens T fits like a huge garbage bag and is as long as a woman's night shirt ! The elastic string draw string shorts are way short and the cut is again like a can or bag. They are nothing more than 1970's cotton gym shorts yet cost a ton. Both are Waaaaay over priced. Likely my worst clothing buying experience ever and I am 59 years old rarely write a review. Over priced and zero cut fit !
