“ I was in Superdrug in kilmarnock today being the 26 September 2019. There was a lovely assistant there by the name of sarah. She helped me with my products I bought. Sarah pointed out the perfume and aftershave that were on special. I bought an aftershave for my hubby at a great price. She was very very pleasant and is a credit to the kilmarnock store. So thank you very much. ”

“ While in Superdrug on Sunday 26.05.19 I couldn’t see body cream on asking employee who was working hard tidying display shelves where I would find it she took me to shelf spoke knowledgeably about the products and then pointed I could buy 2nd for half price Outstanding service from polite staff will buy all my requirements at Superdrug Morpeth Northumberland from now ”

They tell you to send a photo of your returns receipt to give you a quick refund but then ignore your e-mail. Shocking customer service. If you like talking to a robot go ahead and use them. “ Deliver the wrong items, wasted time to go to whole collect and returns, in the end all DHC items by ever arrive, Rubbist services and waste time travel to collect and returned the wrong items. And in the end items that I ordered became unavoidable. Very bad shopping experience. ”

“ I ordered on-line as I am recovering from surgery and cannot get to a store. Most of the productions I received were damaged and in addition covered in shower gel as the lid had come off one of them. None of their online contact methods worked and when I called my local store they said I could only get a refund if I brought the products back. I explained why I couldn't do this but they couldn't help. I wouldn't order from them again. ”
