“I bought a nice pair of earrings in St Enoch centre today for a friend's birthday. Great sale price so asked for the £3.50 gift wrap. Was very taken aback when the girl charged me and then popped the box in a cardboard bag from under the counter advertising the store! Happy with the product but points off for cheek😲”

“Bought engagement ring from merthyr store 2018 ... cost £500. White gold.. within 3 months ( March 2019) . Had become tarnished _ becoming yellow. Took back to store , they sent it off to be replated, forward to dec 2019 , still going yellow. Not happy and disappointed especially wat I paid for it .... beware”
