Would give 0 stars if I could. An absolute scam and worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Never walked out of a shop crying before but that happened with this store In Salisbury. My partner bought me an engagement ring. He did not open the box after buying it until he proposed to me. The ring was too big so I had it on once to be proposed to and to take a picture and then it went back in the box until I brought it back to the store for an exchange to the right size, which he was promised by Stephanie he could do. I brought it back today for Stephanie to inspect the ring to tell me it was ‘damaged’ and she could not take it back. . There was a small scratch on the back of the ring which must have been there when she sold it to my partner because we have had it out of the box for near enough 5 minutes. The second I handed her the ring, she found the scratch that was barely visible in a mili second, which says to be she knew it was there when she sold it. Stephanie was adamant she would not have sold it with a scratch and refused to exchange or even re size. Can’t believe the dishonesty of a place that obviously sells rings that they’ve let 1000 people try on and fail to take responsibility of their mistakes. They try and get money from people and then there is zero customer service after that. There was no apology or any sense of empathy from either behind the till. What made it worse was hearing giggling from one of the store assistances as I walk out close to tears. For a moment that should have been very special, Stephanie and warren James made this a very stressful and upsetting moment for me. I have contacted trading standards and citizens advice who are going to investigate and the local news paper! Never going to this store ever again!

I bought a set of 9ct gold earrings here. I asked the woman working there if they are actually gold and not just gold plated as I can only wear full gold earrings. She confirmed (sounded and looked annoyed) saying they were not just gold plated but actually 9ct gold. But a few hours after wearing them my ears started hurting and when I took them out the holes were bleeding. I tried again a few times but my ears just swell up, bleed and get inflamed. So these earrings are NOT gold as advertised! I now bought similar ones (9ct as well) at HSamuel for the same price and my ears are happy. I will never buy from Warren James again

Wedding ring is 2 years old ,bought its as I like the white gold and yellow gold together, it is now completely yellow gold and look like a different ring ,awful quality, this place should be shut down!!

Never b anything from warren james jewellers once they have your money you never get this back o yes they give you credit note only lasts six months you you are being forced to buy something you dont want I bought chain from there fault the shop assistant said I had stretch chain impossible the chain was 30 inch she insisted I had stretch the chai so be told dont buy anthing out of any warren james shop policy and are rubbish good way making money of people so be told you won't get money back they think there doing big favour but your just throwing your hard earned money away .

If your buying a gift and there's a possibility you might need to return the item then go somewhere else. Warren James have a no refund policy. They like to take your money and run. A bit odd when the business they're in is predominantly selling gifts that may not be wanted. They don't tell you this when purchasing either. They also charged me for a gift bag which I didn't get. After getting in touch with customer service I found that they are about as helpful as a hole in a parachute. I will definitley not use them again.

Bought a tennis bracelet for my wife for her birthday. First time I got charged twice, after a couple of emails the refund for one was recieved. Problem became that the bracelet within 3-4 weeks of wearing it has broken. She hardly wore it! Have to admit the whole experience has not been great and now have to find her another present as this was of poor quality. Sadly, wont be shopping here again.

Sell products which are inferior and when returned to store would not entertain me. They use any excuse they can think of. There customer relations in very poor. Please do not deal with this company and waste your hard earned money.

Item never did turn up and there’s no customer service number just an email address than never gets answered to and staffs are rude considering I’ve spent so much money. Then to block me on Facebook as a Top Fan says a lot.

My husband bought me a ring Unfortunately I didn't like it at all due to the very poor quality No refund allowed Tiny sign on the wall that he didn't see Credit note given Not allowed to buy online and must use in the store that the ring was purchased Do do watches !!! Dont do 18ct rings Quality of products is shocking Staff very courteous But stuck with a credit note and struggling to spend it Please don't use this company Staff are the nicest thing in this shop Never again !!!

Wish I had read the reviews 1st, spent £100 on a ring here but now H.Samuel have to put Warren James's mistake right at an extra cost to us, Warren James are incompetent and customer service ..... Don't make me laugh, once Warren James have your money they don't care about you, tried to get them to sorr their incompetence out but they refused to BUT they will sort their mistake put if we pay them extra and this is after they have got me to email them the receipt, what's the point if they not prepared to sort THEIR mess out. Don't trust them, I've got trading standards involved with this. Mary Burns from customer service has no customer service skills whatsoever

These gold and silver bonded items they're pushing are totally worthless and the price of them are extortionate, my son bought a chain after been blagged by the staff, an hour later i returned for refund,- they didn't want to know. Incidentally my son has brain damage and has difficulty processing information. Highstreet bandits

ANYONE buying from Warren james be very careful they are just after your money as soon as you have an issue they are unwilling to help you I personally bought a ring with my birthday money and after just 20 days it has gone a funny colour and they blamed me for the issue of the ring they said they have no duty to tell customers of the quality of the ring and no duty to tell you when a manager will be available to speak to... they were so rude to me I am disgusted and want to let you all know what your getting yourself into and if you can find what your looking for do so because you'll get no help from then when it goes wrong.

I think this store sells rubbish and if you have a complaint there customer service is about as trashy as the jewellery you would be better off going to poundland

Beware unscrupulous and dishonest company with appauling customer service! My husband bought me a 9ct gold ring set late on Friday evening 08/01/20 for my birthday the following day they sold him the rings as a set and put both in the same box together. On my birthday I tried on the rings but they were too big so I put them back in the box to take them back to the shop to exchange. My husband had checked before he purchased them that I would be able to change them if they did not fit as I work full time the first opportunity I had to take them back and change them was on Saturday 11/01. So I took them to the shop and asked to swap them for a smaller size and the chap that served me took them out of the box and looked inside the rings then he picked up a cloth and started wiping them and then went out the back I thought to get me a smaller size I assumed he had been checking the size but he came back saying sorry we can't exchange them as they have been worn. I could not believe what he saying as I had only taken them out of the box to try them on and put them straight back in the box they were exactly as they had been sold to my husband. I asked to see the manager she came out saying the rings were scratched and must have rubbed together when they were worn. Well the rings had never been worn other than to try them on, when they sold them to my husband they put them in a box together in the same hole in the ring box so the rings would definitely have rubbed together then but I looked at the rings and they were pristine I could not see a single mark on them they were gleaming. The manager said that they could not be sold to anyone else well they had no problem selling them to my husband so that is rubbish. This company are the most unscuplulous I have ever come across my poor husband who is disabled and in extreme pain if he tries to walk struggled down this shop to buy my a present for my birthday and now we have a set of rings that can't be worn. The rings are absolutely pristine so they have absolutely no grounds to refuse to change them. I cannot see a single scratch on them anywhere if they were scratched at all it was not done by me the only way anything could have happened to the rings is when they put them in the box together because they are definitely rubbing together then or in the shop before they were sold. This shop is a disgrace and need to be investigated by trading standards.

My husband bought me a pair of earrings for Christmas. Unusual for him as he hates shopping and we are elderly but he wanted to get something I would like to say thank you for the 40 years we've been together. Carefully and with great excitement I took them from the box on Christmas morning and noticed straight away that one of the earring posts was bent. Also the earrings were very poor quality. My husband was very upset as he'd trusted the assistant when she'd said they were good quality. He'd also been persuaded to purchase a box and bag to give them to me in. It ruined the moment for us on Christmas morning. I took them back this morning and the assistant ageed the post probably bent as it was put into the mount in the box. I said the quality was disappointing so could they be exchanged for something better if I paid extra as I hadn't worn them I was told that earrings cannot be exchanged even when they were faulty but she gave me another pair exactly the same and bagged the faulty pair up to send back. As I understood the law states money can be paid back if goods are faulty or are unfit for purpose. The earrings will now never be worn and will probably end up being thrown away. The length of the posts on them are very short and unlikely to go through my ears. In our 70's now and still having to rent our home due to health problems we do not have money to throw away and yet it has happened here. It spoilt everything for my husband who was just trying to make Christmas special. What a rotten shop in my opinion! Avoid it like the plague! I had to give a star because it wouldn't let me post a review if not but in truth it deserves zero stars!

Bought some earrings in so called diamond found the diamond to be cubic zirconia. Could not return it back coz it's gone past the returns or exchanges date. Will never shop at Warren James ever in my life. What a useless fake jewellery store. I will give a zero 🌟 if there was an option to do so.

poor quality earrings received not worth the sale price let alone the £39 the alleged RRP! Customer services dire! not helpful most repeated automated messages (all some content)you can't call these people only fax numbers displayed! The returns policy is almost non-existent - I am very unhappy and left with an item that I wouldn't consider giving to the intended recipient as item not up to the desired standard! Buyers beware is all I can add

Had bought a gold necklace it was faulty so took it back i was given a replacement. That to was faulty. Rang the shop advised i would Be down the following for a refund. I was told the damage could have been done when I was taking it home. And was refused a refund.I had to then take another replacement which I didn't want. I have reported these to trading standards. I will never buy anything from Warren James agsin. Bad quality and customer service.
