The manager in the Trafford Centre branch extremely rude. absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. like many of the other x customers I am now stuck with a worthless credit note. avoid this company at all cost once you hand over your money then they are not one bit interested in anything you have to say speak to you like you are a 5 year old child I will never step foot in that shop ever again. vile manager no customer service skills whatsoever.

Ordered 2 eternity rings, returned both recorded delivery and weighed to be told I can only be refunded for 1 ring as the other was missing!! Both rings were in that packet and they said it wasn't tampered with so Where's the ring!! Customer service very poor, will contact trading standards and credit card after Christmas!! Tracy N

Poor experience. Charging £3.50 for a box. You wouldnt buy a car with no wheels. Would never use again. That was the 1st time. The 2nd time,bought earings for an xmas gift but walked round the town and found out my mother in law wouldnt wear silver so went back and they wouldnt help. TAUNTON STORE BE VERY ASHAMED

Bought a chain and as I paid by debit card the card reader froze. Was asked to pay in cash due to the card reader “playing up” paid in cash. Later when I checked my internet banking the money had gone out. Returned to store and explained to be told that nothing was showing up “from their end” even though the payment was there in black and white on my online banking. Having to raise a dispute now. What a disgusting farce.

Excellent service. I bought a ring online, which I received within 48 hours, but I had ordered the wrong size. Within 24 hours of sending it back my money was back in my account.

Please don’t shop here online. Unfortunately I had ordered a bracelet for my mother for Christmas. For starters, I selected gift wrap and gift box at checkout and then it was sent without it. I then saw that the bracelet was basically a child’s size so I thought I’ll contact them about info on how to return as the item had not been worn. I signed into my account and went to the contact page only to find that it would not let me contact them as my order number was “invalid” even though I was holding the invoice and it matched the order number from the email. It also turns out after researching a bit more, they don’t offer refunds, only store credit. Please please please do not buy from here. First time shopping with them, won’t be returning.

I bought a ring for £1,300. I was not told about exchange and refund policy (as all jewellery shops do). Due to pregnancy, my fingers began swelling and my anniversary is round the corner. So I asked for refund as my size is unavailable & it will take up to 2-3 months to receive a bigger size. Lady at Ilford branch was so rude and was like no refund, did not offer refund on good gesture, just a credit voucher. £1,300 is a lot of money and now I'm being forced to buy things from there. With that money I can go to a better jewellery shop with better policy, staffs and customer service. I even asked her, okay so I will try and buy something but what if I still have a huge amount left, her response was, another credit voucher will be issued to use in he next 6 months...I was surprised. Warren James, it seems like you guys are scammers with your policy in stores and that it differs from policies online. Why do you guys do this?

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE. I purchased some jewellery from here, but changed my mind after only 2h and decided to return them. However, at the till I was told I could only get a voucher. I accepted the voucher and asked if I could use it in another WJ store. Nope, i could only use it in their store As I was only visiting that city over the weekend It ended up with me paying extra and buying unwanted items. I would definitely not recommend this shop. The staff are extremly rude and their policy is useless.

My husband bought me a ring Unfortunately I didn't like it at all due to the very poor quality No refund allowed Tiny sign on the wall that he didn't see Credit note given Not allowed to buy online and must use in the store that the ring was purchased Do do watches !!! Dont do 18ct rings Quality of products is shocking Staff very courteous But stuck with a credit note and struggling to spend it Please don't use this company Staff are the nicest thing in this shop Never again !!!

Wish I had read the reviews 1st, spent £100 on a ring here but now H.Samuel have to put Warren James's mistake right at an extra cost to us, Warren James are incompetent and customer service ..... Don't make me laugh, once Warren James have your money they don't care about you, tried to get them to sorr their incompetence out but they refused to BUT they will sort their mistake put if we pay them extra and this is after they have got me to email them the receipt, what's the point if they not prepared to sort THEIR mess out. Don't trust them, I've got trading standards involved with this. Mary Burns from customer service has no customer service skills whatsoever

I’ve ordered an item, and got a call saying that my order got cancelled because I’ve put some wrong information, so they asked me to order again, which I did, but they took the money twice, I’ve asked for my first item refund, and the costumer rang me and said “don’t get on my edge” and said that she never sold that item, so she’s refusing to give me my refund .

Bought a ring for my christmas present and within two days two of the stones had fallen out, took it back and was told it was my fault and that it wasnt supposed to be worn all the time it was custom jewellery, no-one told me at time of purchase and the price i paid wasnt custom jewellery price. exchange as a 'good will gesture' wore the new ring for a few hours and already one of the stones has fallen out! Really bad quality, wont be bothering with them again. really disappointing!

Never b anything from warren james jewellers once they have your money you never get this back o yes they give you credit note only lasts six months you you are being forced to buy something you dont want I bought chain from there fault the shop assistant said I had stretch chain impossible the chain was 30 inch she insisted I had stretch the chai so be told dont buy anthing out of any warren james shop policy and are rubbish good way making money of people so be told you won't get money back they think there doing big favour but your just throwing your hard earned money away .

Just wanted to acknowledge the excellent customer service received from Emma at the Enfield Palace Garden branch when I purchased a ring recently, whilst not my go to place - I was pleasantly impressed and have been wearing the ring since 2/2/2020 which I have not removed despite provided with guidelines to protect long term... no hard sell, attentive and informative at the time of purchase #happycustomer!!

These gold and silver bonded items they're pushing are totally worthless and the price of them are extortionate, my son bought a chain after been blagged by the staff, an hour later i returned for refund,- they didn't want to know. Incidentally my son has brain damage and has difficulty processing information. Highstreet bandits

ANYONE buying from Warren james be very careful they are just after your money as soon as you have an issue they are unwilling to help you I personally bought a ring with my birthday money and after just 20 days it has gone a funny colour and they blamed me for the issue of the ring they said they have no duty to tell customers of the quality of the ring and no duty to tell you when a manager will be available to speak to... they were so rude to me I am disgusted and want to let you all know what your getting yourself into and if you can find what your looking for do so because you'll get no help from then when it goes wrong.

We bought some earrings from Warren James and within 2 weeks a Crystal had fallen out, upon returning to the store we was told this would happen if the jewellery got wet as crystals were held in with paste. We said we were unaware of this at point of sale and asked for a refund. Was told they don’t have to give refund but they can as a goodwill gesture, I asked if the could do that and was told no they don’t have too. Quoted consumer rights for faulty goods and that we were entitled to a refund but the manager just refused. Manager refused to give name or written refusal of refund. Will now be taking this a lot further as they are saying they don’t have to follow consumer rights act. Stay away from this company, poor customer service and poor products

I received my beautiful diamond engagement ring March 2019 and since then I have had a replacement ring due to a stone falling out but the replacement ring offered wasn’t the same as the original one chosen as they didn’t stock anymore of the original ring. After receiving my second ring the same has happened again and another diamond stone has fallen out. Very disappointed as the ring I accepted from my lovely fiancé from his proposal is now having to be replaced again. Thankfully now it’s being replaced from another jewellers as we do not want to receive a third ring and the same problem happen again. Very upset and not impressed with the quality for such a special ring.
