“Do not order online from this company. Seems like it's nearly impossible to get a refund. I have been out of pocket now for 2 months. Customer services are a joke and no number to call. Think twice before ordering online.”

“I purchased wedding ring I had it for 5 days kept it in box wanted a exchange I was told it had marks on it and could not exchange it there was no marks on it as was in box would never buy from them again wasted £110 avoid at all costs.”

“If only I had read the reviews first I would never have wasted spending £55 on an 9ct 18 inch gold chain. The chain broke less than 2 weeks later. When I went to change it or get a refund I was told that I had stretched the chain and made it weak in areas so they could not do anything about it. Before purchasing the chain I was advised to get a thicker chain to hang a small cross which I did and because of taking their advice I have lost £55. Thanks for nothing.”

“I bought a pair of hooped earrings £59 and wore them once and the clip broke. I then exchanged them for a new pair and the clip brought again. I wasn’t able to get a refund. Bad quality and expensive. Will not shop there again.”

“Went back with a neck chain after two days for a refund told we don’t do refunds why it cost 75£ Would only give a voucher and could only spend it in that shop not any other You can go into any other shop and get cash refunds Disgusting Never go in there again”

“All jewellery my partner as bought me turned black and stones fallen out . Friends bought me a bangle arm turned green and six stones fell out within a few months . Only wear these items when going out . Very dissappointed and feel upset after partner spent good money”

“Bought a silver chain for £66 in dec within a few weeks it was black (not tarnished )silver had literaly come off but its stamped 925 ....when you contact don't wear for bed, bathing, diy, housework, work dont wear when gardening ...when can u damn well wear it .I wear silver everyday all day (proffesional cleaner) with no problems cheap nasty rubbish !!! AVOID !!!”

“Appaling customer service today went to spend £1000 on an engagement ring and staff said sorry cant help u unless you no your ring size to busy chatting to one another and on there phones spent my money else were”

“Bought 2 silver chains 24" £99 and 22" £129 they came on time but i can tell is not the finest chains even if is my entry level jewelery. You cant return them to shop if you want a refund. But you are allowed to exchange or get a voucher. Theres option to return to their hq at your own risk and postage price for a reasonable reason”

“Took my money and never dispatched my item, provided a bogus tracking number which says it has been delivered which is false. Royal mail did't know anything about my item. Never had any experience like this with any other company. They are refusing to refund my money. They are scam artists.”

“Item never did turn up and there’s no customer service number just an email address than never gets answered to and staffs are rude considering I’ve spent so much money. Then to block me on Facebook as a Top Fan says a lot.”
