“I visited Warren James in the Prospect Center in Hull on Friday 16th Dec, I was looking at earnings, and decided to go in, but didnt like the length of the queue! Young assistant by the door, kindly wrote down the code of the earrings I wanted, handed me the slip of paper, and asked me to wait in line, within minutes I handed the paper to the assistant at the counter, out came the earrings ( they looked better than they did in the window) purchased and away, very efficient, and the assistants were pleasant and easy to talk to. Can't fault them, well done. X”

“I visited the Warren James store in Newtownards this morning and was very pleased with the service I received. The sales assistant was extremely helpful, efficient and had great customer service skills. I will return to this store for future purchases and would definitely recommend.”

“My first Oder arrived on time and I was updated, however I had to return an item, this was straight forward; I contacted customer service via email. They gave me clear instructions of how to return. I posted it through Royal Mail. I then received an email that I they have received my item and I will get a refund. I had an excellent experience with the company and find that they are prompt and do exactly what they said they would.The only problem is they have not put has many items to buy online. I would love to see more :-)”

“Just wanted to acknowledge the excellent customer service received from Emma at the Enfield Palace Garden branch when I purchased a ring recently, whilst not my go to place - I was pleasantly impressed and have been wearing the ring since 2/2/2020 which I have not removed despite provided with guidelines to protect long term... no hard sell, attentive and informative at the time of purchase #happycustomer!!”

“Staff are always so helpful and clear with their policies. Whenever I’ve had an issue it’s been sorted for me. Would never go to another jewellers again!! The prices are fantastic and the quality is incredible. Don’t waste your money on pandora or H.samule”

“When I noticed my engagement ring had a diamond missing,I was worried about what could be done,As we didnt have the money to buy a replacement and the fact it was my engagement ring as which was very sentimental and had hoped it could be mended.But I worried myself for nothing as I went into the Hartlepool store and told them one of the diamonds had come out,They examined the ring and said it was a manufacturer's fault,so they ordered me a brand new one. I was without my ring for only a week but now it sits pride and place where it should be.. Cannot praise the staff at the store at all,always helpful and friendly! Only problem I have is I cant go in without coming out with something lol.”

“Bought earrings a few months ago for a friend's birthday but last week the centre stone of one of the earrings came out. Still had receipt and took back to the Rutherglen store today where they were bought and I was very impressed with the customer service I received from the staff. They could not have been more helpful and replaced the earrings with a brand new pair immediately. Many thanks to the staff involved with this transaction today and 10 out of 10 for efficiency .”
