If I can give 0 stars I will . Ordered an item on 18/04/24 and still waiting for a dispatch email 10 days later on which my delivery was meant to be. A number of emails and WhatsApp messages and no reply. The worst company to deal with! I’m definitely not buying anything from Wilko Ever Again .

Charged £9.95 for delivery however the parcel arrived with the packaging so severely damaged that the contents were also damaged. Wilko are refusing to refund the delivery charge stating that the service was met! Now I have to dispose of a broken product that they don’t want back and am out of pocket for the pleasure of doing so. Will never use them again

They claim to have sent me proof of delivery, but had no address, signature of the person they claimed to have delivered it to, no picture as proof, with links that are empty, absolute con of a site, blocked me from my account, which i managed to get round and still no product or refund.
