“Two delightful and very professional men assembled my sofa bed and instructed me on how it worked. I am very pleased with my purchase, it is wider and far more comfortable than I expected it to be. Thanking everyone involved, we could be in contact later this year as we will be looking to replace our three piece lounge suite. Sincerely, Gillian Penfold”

“Very thorough by checking the order over the phone after it had been placed online (although two follow up phone calls to go through this was a bit much- lack of comms in the office clearly!). Delivery was really helpful in terms of fitting it in and finding a window that worked for us. Delivery guys were really helpful and nice.”

“Very helpful and informative at the time of purchase taking the time to discuss the options available to us and delivery logistics of getting the items into the house. The delivery guys were brilliant, happy to go the extra mile in taking the items next door and through the rear garden into our rear garden and into the house. Couldn't be more helpful, polite and very efficient in putting the sofa together and taking care not to bring mud into the house. Very happy and not a bad thing to say!”

“Showroom experience, ordering and delivery all excellent. I would warn anyone purchasing the same item to get help before attempting to close it after use. (With arthritic shoulders the manoeuvre was not possible single handed!)”

“From my first visit to W&H website, the excellent experience at their Chiswick showroom through the ordering and delivery process, I could not be more impressed. The sfa itself is attractive and well made-finished. The mattress is very comfortable. All in all, a first class firm.”
