“Our sofa and love seat arrived with a small problem on the love seat. Willow and Hall dealt with this in an exemplary manner, sending us a replacement and taking away the old one without complaint!”

“I loved my sample pack. It looked special and felt like a personal gift. The fabric choices are amazing . Although the website is excellent nothing beats seeing and touching the samples. My choice for my new sofa was confidently made.”

“I am looking to buy a sofa and a mattress and I spoke with Kelly. I cannot express enough the excellent service I received from her. She was attentive to my needs, answered all my questions, overed every possible suggestion with regard to sending me samples of fabric and worked through measurements. Kelly was polite but appropriately friendly making me feel valued. Because of this charming and professional service I will buy from Willow and Hall providing of course you have what I would like for my house.”

“Before completing my purchase I had some questions about the fabric I liked, the team on the phone couldn't have been more helpful - they recommended an alternative and offered to send me some samples to compare. They arrived the following day with a lovely hand-written note! I love my new sofas and thought it was above and beyond when Customer Service called me the week after they arrived to check I was sitting comfortably! I will definitely recommend Willow & Hall to my friends and family.”

“Amazing! Thank you so much for helping me with my order. I want to give a special mention to the customer service team, but in particular Henry for his amazing service. Every detail was taken care of, along with the team taking the time to get to know me to make sure I really got what I wanted.
