“Just wanted to say how delighted I am with our new sofabed. I was a little uncertain about making an "online only" purchase, but the whole experience couldn't have been better - the website is well designed and easy to use, I was sent several lots of swatches really quickly (I couldn't make up my mind about colour or material) and then the sofa bed was delivered in 2 weeks when I was expecting it to take 4. Your delivery men were great; rang to arrange a convenient delivery time, turned up on time and put the sofabed in the (first floor) room, unpacked it and showed me how the mechanism worked. All in all, a great experience.”

“You get what you pay for, or so they say. I would say with W&H you actually get alot more than you pay for. Excellent service from start to finish, I have never had such polite delivery men, the sofas (we have brought two on separate occasions) are superb, well made, comfy and will last forever.”
