“Initially refused to deliver on my preferred date. Then a week before they said they would be delivering on that date when I had made other arrangements that I had to undo! Then they were 3 hours late (crash on M4) and didn't call to tell me they would be late. I had to ring the distribution office. So I think you need to review your logistics arrangements.”
