“Asking questions and ordering the product was easy, but delivery was poor. After much chasing over quite a period of time, it was finally delivered with just 10 minutes notice by a lorry driver on his own - it's a good thing we were home, and fit enough to help him manhandle it into the house, as there was no way he could have shifted a 3-seater sofabed by himself!”
