“I’m odered cartridges for my Pixma Canon MG4250. On site I am found that they compatible with my printer. They were with letters XL. I think it’s cartridges size. But I can’t insert cartridges in my printer- they were too big. So I been need order again this cartridges without letters XL, I have been not happy with this. I think on site should be correct information.”

“I have already provided a review Essences was the delivery time is slow, to what was the previous norm, almost next day! The latest delivery was 5 days and needed on this occasion to use immeadiatly. .”

“My first purchase failed at payment stage because of a technical error (message from Microsoft) but 999 contacted me and held the purchase basket until I returned from a holiday. Customer service answered phone quickly and settled my transaction successfully. Well done.”
