Hi Roger, I'm sorry that you didn't find the deal that you were looking for. Our promotions are usually in the form of discount codes to be entered at checkout. If you ever encounter difficulties with a code or promotion, please contact our customer service team (020 88363911 or info@999inks.co.uk) who will be happy to assist. With this particular order, we don't usually apply discounts retrospectively, but if you could let our team know which code you intended to use, they will be able to apply a partial credit for it.

“Dpd tried to deliver the parcel, never looked at the safe place I ask them to leave the parcel. So now 999inks has asked for the parcel to be returned to them for no reason. I have asked for a refund and definitely won't be using 999inks again as still waiting for a Full Refund!!!”

Hi, I'm sorry that DPD attempted delivery while you were not available to receive it. In these situations, the default action is to re-try delivery the following day. From the tracking I can see that you specified a safe place, but there are no updates from there (we did not request a return) - it appears that DPD have lost the package between you updating the safe place, and them returning it to the depot. We have begun the refund process for this order, and it should be complete from our end within 48 hours. Once again, please accept my apologies, and if there is anything else that you require, please get back in touch with our customer service team.

“Inkjets for printers are increasingly hard to find in local shops and when they are found, far too pricey. Evidence of hard-copy slipping out of fashion? Bless 999! The inkjets I ordered arrived quickly, and they were better than reasonably priced. When I finish the project I am writing now, perhaps I should dedicate it to 999?”

Hi Anthony, I am sorry that you were unable to identify the cartridges that you wanted. We do our best to make the difference between the geniune (described as "original" in the product name and pictured with official Epson packaging) and compatible (described as "compatible" in the product name and description, and pictured as generic unbranded items) cartridges as clear as possible. Our compatible cartridges come with the same guarantee as the originals, and contain as much or more ink, so we are confident that they are an appropriate replacement - if you try them and are not completely happy with the results, please contact our customer service team who will be able to arrange a return for credit towards the originals, or for a full refund.
