"WHEEGO.COM ARE RUNNING A COMPLETE CAR INSURANCE SCAM.\r\n\r\nNEVER rent a car from Wheego or use JET2.com who referred me & now won't help in anyway.\r\n\r\nI rented car from Wheego in Alicante recently. They are a total scam and I\u2019m surprised that they are supported by both JET2.com & booking.com ? Just like all the other reviews, when I arrived to return car, some company representative came to check the car. She found immediately a single small hole barely visible to the eye. She found this tiny chip immediately & unless you know exactly where it was you would never be able to find it. But she weirdly went straight away to the tiny \"damage \u201d. Then her aggressive boss a threatened to call the police when I took my own photos! I knew then I was being scammed. . I have been charged my entire 900 Euro deposit (to the penny) for this \"damage\" & JET2's Introduction to this recommend car hire company has been one of the worst care hire experiences ever, JET2.COM have refuse to help me! I will never use either of these companies again! BUYER BEWARE"

"Terrible service! They convinced me to buy their top insurance package claiming they would cover all sorts of things, including roadside assistance (see attached picture). On the road between two village I deviated just few meters from the road to take a urgent phone call as the road was too narrow to stop on it. I went with my front wheels in a small pond (see pictures) from which I could not get out as it was too muddy. I called them for assistance but they told me they would not cover that as it counts as an off road accident. They said they could arrange a truck to pull me out but they offered me to do it for double the normal price. I called myself assistance for which I paid myself."

"Addcar scam company ever, first of all forget about your deposit plus get ready to pay extra for anything as like car wash fee, empty gas tank fee, They did not return my $1100 deposit for nothing and now I hired a lawyer for to continue to process legally, I highly suggest to anyone who couldn\u2019t get back to their deposit they should contact with a lawyer who take care tourist cases. If you can not find a lawyer I can share my lawyer information."
