"Addcar scam company ever, first of all forget about your deposit plus get ready to pay extra for anything as like car wash fee, empty gas tank fee, They did not return my $1100 deposit for nothing and now I hired a lawyer for to continue to process legally, I highly suggest to anyone who couldn\u2019t get back to their deposit they should contact with a lawyer who take care tourist cases. If you can not find a lawyer I can share my lawyer information."

"My booking was in advance for pick up in Casablanca Airport. To put a security deposit on my Amex Card they charged me extra $210 for no reason.\r\nThe car was old with more than 167000 km.\r\nOn a different note, I need to bring your attention to serious safety issue with car tires (see tire pics). I had to replace a flat tire that was very old and had cracks and should not be put used. The spare tire was as bad as the old one. I seriously was scared to drive this car from Agadir to Casablanca. Please recommend your affiliate to take the safe measures for customer safety.\r\n\r\nThe second issue is that there was no agent at 6 AM to check the car back. I had to wait in the middle of the parking along with another customer till 6:15 am. I had to leave the keys in the car and leave and still missed my flight. What a nightmare it was!\r\nThis rental company runs its business from a parking lot \"LOL\". Then you will need to pay for the parking fee when you leave the lot... No sense!\r\n\r\nTravelers take your business for serious companies. There are others I used and were fine."

"We paid \u20ac750 for a week's car rental in Greece (Lefkada) and received a totally destroyed car. While the car itself is not worth \u20ac500. Broken tail lamp, 50+ dents and rust spots, tank lid could not open, tank not full, inside all kinds of buttons broken, power car far too light for the mountains, car 12 years old. There are beautiful photos on the website, but in reality you get a vintage car. After reporting the complaints several times, no response was received. Let alone a solution or compensation. We even wanted to rent a car for another week a few weeks later. Again no response from Addcar. Everyone can and may draw his or her own conclusion, but never again for us Addcar."
