“Helpful but a bit too much information trying to be squeezed into courses and I found the HRBP 2.0 content a bit vague. It could be more pointed and specific to the HRBP role.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my learning experience with AIHR; everything was impeccably organized. However, one aspect I felt was lacking was the opportunity for more interactive engagement. I would greatly appreciate the addition of bi-weekly or monthly meetings where participants can exchange new insights, pose questions, and foster collaboration. This would enrich the learning experience by providing a platform for dynamic interaction and mutual learning among peers.”

“Course videos and materials were very useful and provided detailed information. The practical activities and studies were great to put what we learnt to practice. The final exam was a bit to long and wordy. Would of prefered a longer case study were we are using Excel and PowerBI”

“Well rounded in covering all essential skills & HR subdomains the Business Partnering role gets in touch with, very data & evidence based driven, focused on adding value to the business which ultimately forms the cornerstone of the strategic partner HR needs to be. Comprehensive learning material, the ability to work at own pace depending on personal schedule so the learning can upscale or downscale when needed. All in all a fantastic certificate program.
