“I really appreciate being able to work through the courses in my own time. They are engaging and the supporting documents and further reading are valuable. I appreciated the reminders to keep me on track and the comfort of knowing that if i needed support there would be someone to respond fairly quickly.”

“The overall program content was extremely informative and though-provoking. I wish the cousework could have been presented in other methods besides videos. I like Acticulate RISE format the best as I can self-pace and take screenshots to refer back to etc. While the handouts provided were helpful, there were a lot of key points within the videos narration that it would have been good to have documentation on, without having to hand write out notes. A lot of the exam questions also were vague and it seemed as if multiple answers were applicable. The tip sheet wasn't much help either. I would have preferred a tip sheet that said "refer back to this specific handout," rather than more vague verbiage that made the question even more confusing. This was especially true of the Skills Gap Analysis and Designing Digital Learning sections of the exam. Overall though, I learned a lot and actually enjoyed the hands-on experience of the Capstone projects. I will definitely be sharing with my team as well as implementing many of the practices I learned.”

“I am very happy with the course content and delivery. I really struggled with the exam, I feel that the feedback should be numbered correctly so that one can identify the question that needs to be revisted. Other than that I am happy to have ticked off my first completed course for the new year 2024 :)”
