“AIHR is a very good program , as an HR Generalist it teaches you more about engaging more with the HR roles not only engaging with the employees, it also help in how to resolve conflicts amongs workers without taking sides. I really enjoyed the learning program it really helps.”

“I truly enjoyed this course as it gives a great overview of Total Rewards in general but also focuses on each of the components more in detail in every module. I particularly liked the Pay Gap Analysis module and the person that was presenting it- it was done in a very interesting, straight-forward and clear way. The course is a great source of knowledge and it is very well thought and organized in a way that keeps the participant engaged while allowing flexibility.”
