“Great hands-on activities. SHRM has an analytics program, but you pay for the name. This has reall applicable activities and teaches about all of the great things you can do in excel and powerbi”

“The monthly fee is high, and you can access the knowledge base only by starting & completing the modules and courses. Wondering who wants to complete all of them? People work on this or that field within HR, but because of cross projects or so they might want to and need to learn more about other fields, but I don't want to know it all.... On the other hand the knowledge base IS super useful and great, but the way to access it is missing the whole point!”

“I learnt about AIHR in 2021 or so, but I did not enroll at once but followed the website to read the articles, blogs, sharing, I listened to postcasts and find them usefull, I like the HR T-shape competencies model very mych Only in Feb 2024 did I enroll. I chose the full access package for 1 year and planned to get at lease 4 certificates in this one year, I started with HR Metrics and Dashboard and now I am on the HR Generalist course. I think that was a good choice to enroll and I started talking about AIHR and the certificate programms to the HR people that I know, I think everybody who enrolls would be satisfied with the choice they made like me”

“The resources available at the AIHR academy is of great use and gives an amazing perspective to HR as a function. The Digital HR 2.0 course that I attended was very detailed and touched base on several things that I was doing without knowing what it was in theory and opened up a whole world of opportunities to do these things better and in a more scientific and structured ways.
