“The certification program provided a comprehensive overview of all Learning and Development activities. I have managed to acquire useful knowledge in many areas. It was a great combination of videos, materials, practical exercises and collaboration with other professionals across the world. “As someone with ADHD the way they set up learning is truly appreciated. Being able to watch the video, follow the reading and then go back to the reading has made all the difference to me and how I process. This shows that they took the time to talior this program to all different people and learning types. Engaging you and making you really think about the topics and questions at hand.”
