“It can be a bit overwhelming when you enter this platform for the first time. Also I think it might not be suitable for everybody. E.g. T-shaped - core competencies I filled out but I felt the questions did not realate to me at all. Also I tried to schedule a f2f appointment, and the first available date was in two weeks time, which I found a bit late. Yes there are option for chat but sometimes you just want to speak to a human being. Two weeks waiting time is a bit too long I think. I will see if I can find another suitable course within this platform.”

“For a self paced course the test was difficult. Would suggest a timeframe for completing course work so that one does not loose the knowledge before testing out. Or separate the tests into sections so a person could complete a lesson then test out on the knowledge.”
