Hi Tarass, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, and I’m genuinely sorry to hear you’ve had a disappointing experience with the batteries. A reduced range on a mobility scooter can be caused by a number of factors beyond the batteries themselves — for example battery age/condition (even if new, they need a full correct charge cycle), the charger output/charging profile, and the condition of the scooter (aging motors, wiring, brakes binding, tyre pressures, user weight/load, terrain and temperature can all have a big impact on range). At this stage we haven’t had the opportunity to troubleshoot this with you or check the batteries/charging setup, so we’d really like to help before a final conclusion is made. We’re confident we can advise on the correct charging process and, if needed, guide you through a few quick checks to identify what’s causing the drop in range. We do feel a 1-star review is a little harsh without giving us the chance to assist, but we absolutely want to get this resolved properly for you.
