“Great service & fast delivery, only one issue When I ordered the battery, I called Alpha to ask a question regarding the threaded post size on the battery, I was informed that it was an M8 thread, so I ordered from Amazon M8 battery post adaptors, which are not the easiest to find in a female type to fit the battery posts,but to my dismay when the battery arrived the thread was M10. And the adapters I ordered were no use, I then had to find M10 adapters, but Amazon could only supply these on 2 week delivery!!! I tried various suppliers, but was unsuccessful, I think it would be an idea if Alpha (maybe) not only knew what the size was, but also supply these adaptors from threaded post to standard post, as searching the internet I discovered these are not an easy item to find,”

“Excellent customer service. I did had a problem with the courier,they said they had tried to deliver but missed us, but we were in all day. I email John at Alpha Batteries who sorted it straight away. The battery was also great value and good quality.”
