“I don’t have the words to discribe fully and accurately the experience I went through. All I can say is if one chooses to meet aya prepare oneself for really seeing into ones soul and know the beauty and the dark which lies there. When my journey got bumpy and scary I was guided and supported with kindness and patience by all the members of ALP journeys. I am truly grateful for all that had happened there. For me I will return, for those whom never been I fully recommend. Thank you”

“Dearest APL team, words cannot describe the amount of gratitude and love that I hold for you in my heart space. The magnitude of healing and insight that I gained during my 6 day stay with you in July in Spain is utterly incredible. I came with so many questions and left with many more answers. Originally, I was looking for a retreat in Peru but due to the Covid situation started looking at Europe (with great scepticism). But the day I came acřoss APL it resonated with me immediately and knew deep down in my heart that this was the right place and booked straight away. This was by far one of the best decisions in my life. The amount of love, care, respect and compassion that all of you provided is beyond words. We all felt so safe and cared for throughout our stay. The place is magical, the food was truly amazing and our Curandero Roman was just out of this world with his icaros, love, wisdom and an infectious sense of humour. Amanda and Boris - you are the shiniest stars in the sky. What you do is the greatest gift to humanity. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are now my family. If you are ready for a huge change in your life and feel Mother Ayahuasca calling you, this is for sure the best place to go. APL you rock!! See you in the Universe. :)”

“Finding the words to describe this journey with APL is almost impossible, but it's worth a try: these 6 days felt like a lifetime and were simply incredible. Watching my own and everyone elses development through it has been amazing. The expectations I've come with were simply exceeded. From the start on I felt very safe and protected, especially in times I really needed it, the APL team did everything imaginable to help. The work they do is a true blessing for this world - I have so much respect for them. I am honored I was able to be a part of this. I gained so much strength, energy, love and light from this experience which I can now share with others. Leaving this sacred place has been very hard, but I left with a new family in my heart and many other gifts received by queen Ayahuasca. Thank you Amanda, Boris, Roman and all participants - you are truely inspiring people!”

“I had the pleasure of joining a 6 day APL ayahuesca retreat in the south of Spain in July 2021. There were 11 of us in total - from a mixture of countries, genders, ages, goals - but all united by a common purpose: to find healing for past or present traumas, and direction for the future. I had a wonderful experience with the “medicine” as it’s known by its practitioners and users. I made new friends and friendships, enjoyed sunny Spain (in truly idyllic surroundings - with a palatial villa, large grounds, and beautiful pool), and acquired greater clarity and insights on some of the sticking points in my life as regards childhood, relationships, personal habits and life philosophy; as well as gaining greater resolve to unblock these issues. In addition it was a physically cleansing experience - which for me having a lifelong and at times debilitating autoimmune condition - offers some hope. But it is really in the realm of the mental that I feel ayahuesca offers the most promise - to achieve in days what traditional therapy might require decades. Before embarking on such an intense experience I did my research. I spoke with more than 7 retreats across Europe and Latin/South America (I certainly did my due diligence!!); and I’m really glad I chose APL. It’s a truly exceptional team, and requires a real team effort to make it all happen - whether the lovely Danielle (the queen of the kitchen who works wonders in turning the strict ayahuesca “dieta” into a palatable menu), Monica (who when she isn’t helping cook up a storm in the kitchen provides amazing massages), the room cleaning/gardening staff, and of course the core ceremony and integration team: Boris, Amanda, and the Ecuadorean Shaman, Roman. All are super smart, caring, knowledgeable and astute individuals - driven to this work out of a love of helping others (some retreat organisations I felt appeared much more commercially driven), and wanting to see results and improvements in others’ lives. So much so that sometimes I felt Amanda wanted to see results even more than I did! My only recommendations to make the retreats (even) better would be to consider having longer daily yoga sessions with extended shavasanas, and to consider offering non-ayahuesca retreats with other plant medicines (psilocybin, San Pedro etc.). To sum up I definitely recommend trying ayahuesca (it’s a unique experience with amazing potential), and if you do decide to take that step - you‘re in the best of hands with APL. Thank you Boris and the APL team!”

“The most beautiful location, kindest facilitators and nicest group made this truly a magical week. Everyone was so open about emotions/feelings to eachother and Boris, Amanda and Roman made us feel very safe to share our stories. The ceremonies were held outside under the stars with a campfire, what made it even more magical. This was a life changing experience and the best spended money ever. No other words needed :)”

“I was hopeless last year when I found the retreat, and I came back from there transformed as Anael, outstanding Peruvian shaman, helped me getting out of a 20-year addiction issue. Second retreat with APL this year and again they didn't disappoint. Such a life-changing experience with best team you can dream of. Amanda, Sasha and Boris, as always, were here to answer questions and guide us through this truly incredible journey, and Roman was such a fantastic shaman, so competent and caring (with a very on point sense of humour!!!) I can only recommend you to go turn your life around with this bunch of quality humans. Ayahuasca is a powerful tool and they will definitely help you to make the most of it.”

“There are no words that describe and value appropriately the incredible journey with APL! This was an extraordinary, intens, beautiful, heart and mind expanding, incredible, spiritual, unique experience in my life that I will never forget. I am beyond thankful to the whole APL team with Amanda, Boris, Sasha and Roman for introducing me to the world of Shamanism in such a sensitive, professional, supportive way. You are very dedicated and inspiring persons and I thank you from deep inside for all you have shared and done for me and the whole group. Every day was kind of a bit of a dream: Full of love, connection, reflection, laughter and....delicious food!! :) Roman, the shaman, is full of wisdom and guided the ceremonies with wonderful ikaros, he understood and knew without words. My mindset changed after these 8 days, I got to know the real me, what a gift! And I experience the world and people differently and feel so much more connected to mother earth. So my recommendation in one sentence is....JUST GO FOR IT! :)”

“My experience with APL has exceeded all my expectations! I arrived at the retreat not even being aware of how deeply the core of who I am was affected by my childhood and the world I chose to surround myself with.However after my first two Ayahuasca ceremonies I began to unpack all those areas of densities that no longer served me which wasn’t an easy process. I am so appreciative of Boris, Sasha and Amanda all whom have allowed me space to ask for help and guided me throughout my experience. I truly felt safe, from Amanda’s essential oils and breath work at the beginning of the ceremony to Boris and Sasha looking after me and guiding me when I felt so lost and helpless. And our beautiful shaman, Roman, the only voice I could not block out during the ceremonies! The way he conducts a ceremony with all the powerful icaros, instruments and tales is superb. I found it very helpful to have a shaman who speaks both English and Spanish because Roman was the first person I could speak to, truthfully, in years. His playful freedom and love of nature are infectious! 💫 The way the retreat is designed is so cleaver because the strangers I meet at the beginning of the week have all become dear people in my life. The location and food are also to be noted;surrounded by mountains in Spain - it all felt a little magical. There is no doubt that I will be back. The support and safety I felt have allowed me to blossom and surprise myself with how brave I could be to go get another cup not knowing what might unfold. I was hoping to find some solace but instead I discovered self sovereignty, rooted in love and nature which is second to none. 💖”

“The whole week was just simply amazing! Supportive, caring and extremely knowledgeable team who put you first and guide and help you on your journey. I am very grateful to have met all of you. This was the best thing I could do for myself and will be coming back again for sure. The accommodation and food are top top top as well. I can only recommend to everyone to join a retreat!”

“The Ayahuasca journey with APL was a wonderful experience! The location was perfectly chosen, the food delicious and most important, APL provided a safe container for our experience. I felt supported and guided throughout the whole week and at the same time, there was enough time without programme to allow us to integrate on our own and enjoy some "time off". The Shaman and everyone of the team were just amazing, empathetic, kind and generous. “I felt Mother Aya calling about two years and a half ago. I pondered, researched, and pondered some more. Initially, I planned to go to Peru, but than the pandemic came, so I was happy to discover APL Journeys, to see that there were (seemingly, I was still unsure...) genuine Ayahuasca retreats so close to me. I was aware this was a huge journey, so I was happy to remove the challenges of the jungle in a far away country, to go gently in my first Ayahuasca retreat and APL was the perfect choice. What a blessing to find such a remarkable team, Boris, Amanda and Sasha, a trio full of devotion to the healing process, of wisdom (don’t be deceived by their youth) and kindness! I felt I was in such safe, capable hands, and I was gently reassured along the way. And then there was our Shaman, Roman, who I initially I found a bit serious and detached, later to find out what a great, great, protector he is, so warm, playful, with the most delightful sense of humour, full of wise parables and insights. What an honour to meet him, the guides, and my beloved wayfarers! I have only comeback home a couple of days ago and I know for sure I will repeat more journeys with them in the years to come!”

“If you are ready for a massive change in your life, APL is the place te go. The team is amazing, loving and jet very professional. Trust is really important during the journey and they did everything to gain this. I could feel how experienced the team is and knows what to do, say and give. I've been struggling with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, etc etc for over 15 years and I am very thankful for everything the team of APL has done to finally feel alive and believe again. I found the tribe, the family that I needed and I remember now. I remember everything that I forgot. Thank you for bringing me home, don't even have words for how grateful I am for this journey.
