“If Aya is calling you, this is for sure the best place to go!!! I´m glad that I chose to do my first Ayahuasca retreat with APL Journeys. Everything was more than perfect. The facilitators Boris, Alexander and Amanda created such a beautiful and safe place & guided and supported us through this journey. Together with the Shaman they created an unforgettable experience. “Before booking my first ever Ayahuasca retreat I spent a good month going back and forth researching every place I could, learn more about the shamans for the retreat, and had a thorough list of questions ready for the organizers. APL Journeys was always at the top of my list, but even with the overwhelming 5 star reviews I saw everywhere, I knew that this was a big step and had to be done with the right people and the right shaman. Now that it has been 3 weeks since the July 2021 retreat in Spain, all I can say is that they exceeded my expectations and gifted me with so much comfort, support, and understanding the whole way through (even before booking with all of my questions!). Boris, Sasha, Amanda, and our Ecuadorian Shaman, Roman - crafted the safest space for our mind, spirit, and heart. So much was gained because of the intention they put into getting to know us and into making sure everything from accommodation, food, and even late night emotional support was available and handled with the highest of care and attention. I am becoming stronger and more authentic thanks to this life changing retreat. I hope that if you have all of the drive and motivation to heal, know that you will surely be gifted with a community of mighty select group that sees you and wants nothing more than to get you there. Will be making sure I do another retreat with my husband because of how fantastic this was”

“Doing the retreat with these guys was one of the best experiences of my life. They couldn't have been more professional, kind, funny, knowledgeable and genuine. What they are creating together is incredible and you can tell they are all deeply passionate about it too. “If you are reading this you are most likely just one step away from accepting the teachings of Ayahuasca, one step away from entering another realm to have your questions answered, to evolve, to become better and stronger, to learn and to understand. Whether it's your first or second time, it is a leap of faith and it takes a lot of trust to choose the right people you are going on this journey with. You need to feel safe while going through this wonderful experience and APL is as safe as it gets. Boris, Sasha, Amanda and Roman gave everything they had to make us feel welcome, loved, to feel cared about and listened to. Truly wonderful people who don't see any of this as a job, it is a mission for them and they are only working with people who share this passion. You are going to spend the most unforgettable time at a beautiful resort, eating the most delicious food, meeting wonderful people but what's more important is that Boris and the team will be by your side all the time, will listen to you, help you find the right questions to ask and decipher the answers you were given. At the end of our journey none of us said 'Goodbye!' to these guys, we just said 'See you down the road...'. That should say it all. ♥”

“I had a very great time with the guys (Sascha,Boris and Amanda) from APL and the Shaman Ramon. The days were pretty relaxed, the location was clean and just awesome and the food was quiet tasty. The ceremonys were very good designed. We were placed around a bonfire. Ramon sang songs and played ionstruments from time to time. Some of my mates asked for help and attention from ti9me to time and Ramon and Boris and Sascha took care of them. Also Amanda was a good adviser for our Questions and intentions. To make it short. The Team was warm, friendly and trustful. The Shaman builded a good frame and atmosphere for our Experiences. The ceremonies were perfect. The Location and the food was great. The Money was completely worth it.”

“This has been one of the greatest experiences of my life! I will forever be beyond grateful towards Boris, Sasha and our wonderful Xaman for bringing this medicine to us in such a pure, authentic and thoughtful way. Boris and Sasha have a true vocation for helping others through ayahuasca and accessorily also have a real talent for creating a safe space, self growth and sharing their knowledge about the incredible shamanic culture. Their organizational skills which make this retreat an extremely comfortable place with great facilities and incredible food are just an added benefit..I would advice APL to anyone! “I first heard about Ayahuasca a year ago. Since then I probably watched all the documentaries there are on the topic. I booked a retreat this year and came to the venue with an open mind, without expectations simply thinking that this experience would surely be good. what I got out of the experience exceeded all I could have expected. Aya gave me a deep mystical experience, going far and beyond what my limited human mind would be able to envisage. I felt embraced and accepted totally, welcomed to the circle of souls I now call my family. The family of people on the same vibrational level, people with the same interests and aspirations. Aya answered all my questions related to career, personal life, life’s purpose and more, that I was tormented by since childhood. She showed me how immensely beautiful the world is, and that what is seen is not all there is. Aya became a friend I always searched for. She opened up the whole new world to me, making me her devout student. I am now ready to serve the mission she assigned to me in life by bringing more people into the light. And, my journey is just beginning... No words can describe gratitude I’m feeling. Deeply humbled, I would like to thank Sasha and Boris for giving me the gift of life, the unique opportunity to meet Aya. You guys are magnificent! I shall see you again soon, love and light. “I don’t have the words to discribe fully and accurately the experience I went through. All I can say is if one chooses to meet aya prepare oneself for really seeing into ones soul and know the beauty and the dark which lies there. “Dearest APL team, words cannot describe the amount of gratitude and love that I hold for you in my heart space. The magnitude of healing and insight that I gained during my 6 day stay with you in July in Spain is utterly incredible. I came with so many questions and left with many more answers. Originally, I was looking for a retreat in Peru but due to the Covid situation started looking at Europe (with great scepticism). But the day I came acřoss APL it resonated with me immediately and knew deep down in my heart that this was the right place and booked straight away. This was by far one of the best decisions in my life. The amount of love, care, respect and compassion that all of you provided is beyond words. We all felt so safe and cared for throughout our stay. The place is magical, the food was truly amazing and our Curandero Roman was just out of this world with his icaros, love, wisdom and an infectious sense of humour. Amanda and Boris - you are the shiniest stars in the sky. What you do is the greatest gift to humanity. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are now my family. If you are ready for a huge change in your life and feel Mother Ayahuasca calling you, this is for sure the best place to go. APL you rock!! See you in the Universe. :)”

“Finding the words to describe this journey with APL is almost impossible, but it's worth a try: these 6 days felt like a lifetime and were simply incredible. Watching my own and everyone elses development through it has been amazing. The expectations I've come with were simply exceeded. From the start on I felt very safe and protected, especially in times I really needed it, the APL team did everything imaginable to help. The work they do is a true blessing for this world - I have so much respect for them. I am honored I was able to be a part of this. I gained so much strength, energy, love and light from this experience which I can now share with others. Leaving this sacred place has been very hard, but I left with a new family in my heart and many other gifts received by queen Ayahuasca. Thank you Amanda, Boris, Roman and all participants - you are truely inspiring people!”

“I had the pleasure of joining a 6 day APL ayahuesca retreat in the south of Spain in July 2021. There were 11 of us in total - from a mixture of countries, genders, ages, goals - but all united by a common purpose: to find healing for past or present traumas, and direction for the future. I had a wonderful experience with the “medicine” as it’s known by its practitioners and users. I made new friends and friendships, enjoyed sunny Spain (in truly idyllic surroundings - with a palatial villa, large grounds, and beautiful pool), and acquired greater clarity and insights on some of the sticking points in my life as regards childhood, relationships, personal habits and life philosophy; as well as gaining greater resolve to unblock these issues. In addition it was a physically cleansing experience - which for me having a lifelong and at times debilitating autoimmune condition - offers some hope. But it is really in the realm of the mental that I feel ayahuesca offers the most promise - to achieve in days what traditional therapy might require decades. Before embarking on such an intense experience I did my research. I spoke with more than 7 retreats across Europe and Latin/South America (I certainly did my due diligence!!); and I’m really glad I chose APL. It’s a truly exceptional team, and requires a real team effort to make it all happen - whether the lovely Danielle (the queen of the kitchen who works wonders in turning the strict ayahuesca “dieta” into a palatable menu), Monica (who when she isn’t helping cook up a storm in the kitchen provides amazing massages), the room cleaning/gardening staff, and of course the core ceremony and integration team: Boris, Amanda, and the Ecuadorean Shaman, Roman. All are super smart, caring, knowledgeable and astute individuals - driven to this work out of a love of helping others (some retreat organisations I felt appeared much more commercially driven), and wanting to see results and improvements in others’ lives. So much so that sometimes I felt Amanda wanted to see results even more than I did! My only recommendations to make the retreats (even) better would be to consider having longer daily yoga sessions with extended shavasanas, and to consider offering non-ayahuesca retreats with other plant medicines (psilocybin, San Pedro etc.). To sum up I definitely recommend trying ayahuesca (it’s a unique experience with amazing potential), and if you do decide to take that step - you‘re in the best of hands with APL. Thank you Boris and the APL team!”
