“I never experienced something like this before. Boris and his team took a perfect care of us and I felt like I am at home after just one day. They are extremely profesional and always there to help. It was a week full of tears and laughing with people that were previously just strangers. Aya is not a quick fix but it has an ability to show you the truth even when it hurts. What you do with it after the retreat is up to you.”

“This was my second retreat with APL and I could not be happier with my experience! Boris and team provide a very relaxed, safe and compassionate environment in which everyone feels comfortable to work through whatever has led them there to work with this very special plant medicine. Having the opportunity to work with a true Amazonian Shaman also makes this retreat extremely special and authentic, and every detail around the ceremony and the daily schedule is well organised yet relaxed, allowing for a truly open and welcoming atmosphere in which to rest, reflect and heal. I would recommend APL to anyone looking to work with this medicine, and I cannot imagine that it is as easy to find standards this high on any other retreats available around Europe!”

“This is my second time with APL and 15 seat with the medicine, to my surprise they just got better! This is by far the most professional place to do Aya in Europe. They work with traditional shipibo curanderos and highly experienced facilitators. They care and do they work with love. Can’t recommend them enough ❤️”

“As I am slowly gathering the impressions after an amazing retreat, one thing becomes very clear. While the ayahuasca journeys are always going to be deeply personal and unique for each participant, what is common for all, are the logistics and people accompanying a group. Afeter spending a week with APL, I would want EXACTLY the same group of facilitators, integrations specialists, other personnel the next time I decide to go on this journey. I always felt super safe, taken care of and it was clear to us that people running the APL genuinely care. Whether it is about delivering another blanket at midnight, finding the right brew quantity or simply passing on valuable knowledge of the medicine, these guys are fully committed. From morning until the next morning when ceremonies end. Boris, Sasha, Celeste, Ubi (my man!!), Mick, Danielle, Jose, Samaya ... THANK YOU! And, of course, maestro Sunny, thank you for taking me down to hell and back to heaven and teaching me important life lessons in the process. Guys, see you again soon and I hope these lines convience some other people to give you an opportunity to introduce the amazing world of plant medicine to them as well. Toni Toni”

“I had the call to sit with Ayahuasca 2 years ago and spent a huge amount of time researching and doing my own due diligence on different retreats and APL kept on coming up. Having just returned from a week long retreat, I have to say that these guys are exceptional examples of how to host plant medicine in a responsible, ethical and professional way. Our shaman was incredibly powerful, the facilitators were fantastic, even the food was great. Fell in love with my group and the entire team and can’t recommend APL highly enough. I’ll be back!”

“Would award 10 if I could. I had a beautiful, life-changing journey. I had a close connection with the medicine but beyond that, the way that the team held and facilitated the space was amazing. The level of trust and love I felt from the team and the Maestro Tony was outstanding. Would have been impossible to have the same experience without that. The house and grounds are beautiful, and add to the calm. And finally it was a beautiful experience to bond with the other retreat participants, sharing and offering love and support as our journey grew and evolved. One word of personal advice however. This is just my personal opinion so take it as you like, but it was invaluable to me. I believe it's really important to take the buildup and the pre-retreat diet seriously, just as seriously as the retreat itself. This will help you feel connected and ensure you are best ready to receive the healing you need. Before you book, take a good look at the list of dietary and lifestyle requirements expected in the buildup and during retreat. None of us are perfect but if you know that you will commit to doing your best and are confident that you will follow the requirements closely, then please go ahead - this will be the right place for you. If you are not sure and think you will miss certain items and struggle to remove them from your diet/life - then perhaps save your money for now, and come back another time when you feel your commitment to the whole process will be stronger. “It's understandable coming from the conditioning of many of our societies why this journey may seem extreme. However, if you are ready to face and find yourself, the retreat experience at APL was a very positive unexpected surprise. It will challenge you, it is not a bed of roses but you are not alone, you have the love and attention given by the Shaman, facilitators and whole team and your group. You will receive from the experience what you give it. If you are ready to be open, vulnerable and emptied so you can be healed, then APL Journeys is one of best places.”
