“I purchased gloves as Christmas gift ( when my husband tried them on they were faulty zip came off) I contacted CS with pictures, asked for replacement pair returned faulty pair which were received 6/1/24 …I am still waiting for the replacement pair they are not a cheap product and I expected a better service . Very disappointed indeed !”

“I’m late in years and but new to Ardmoor. How I wish I had discovered the advantage of finding the trove on offer earlier. Ardmoor hits the spot for what I’ve searched for in outdoor gear for years and at last found my ideal starting point for quality and value for money - its the standard by which I can measure my decisions to buy and comes out on top! Let’s add to this, excellent and prompt action from customer services when things go a little askew, and it’s easy to see why it’s my first port of call. Highly recommended.”

“I purchased a Seeland jacket and a pair of Seeland trousers. The trousers I ordered were too small so I called and asked them to be returned. They couldn’t have been more helpful and sent me a returns QR code to return at the post office. Trousers came a few days in the right side and was no trouble at all for them to deal with my request. Will happily shop here again.”
