Dear Mr Moulson, Thank you for your review and for bringing this matter to our attention. As we discussed in our call this afternoon, the order you placed on 2nd December was dispatched on 6th December but has been held up with Royal Mail as the first line of your address was missing when we received your order. “Duly collected. The boots are a Christmas present, so I have not tried them on yet ! But ordering and collecting process worked well. The warehouse collection point was a bit of a shambles ! Hope that helps”
