“Excellent service, item arrived as promised and would have been 5stars if not for wrong sizing information on item on website (still wrong on site) Had to return item but the issue was dealt with quickly and with no fuss. 10/10 for customer service but I really think website needs a complete overhaul in general.”

“Ardmoor is probably OK in principle but the item I ordered had problems with the zip and I do wish that items could be checked before dispatch. This is probably impossible, especially when items are made in China in bulk. Returning goods is not easy and time consuming, so I have kept the item and cut the lining which was snagging on the zip. It is wearable, light and warm so 3 stars but a bit aggravated.”

“Excellent selection of clothes, footwear, and accessories. Best prices overall, including product, shipping, etc. I ordered the Helly Hansen Bifrost Winter Tall BOA S7S HT Boots, and they performed as promised. They are suitable for extreme cold winters as well as cool Fall and Spring days. Speedy delivery, especially for international orders outside of the EU. Customer service can work with you if you have any issues with your order.”
