“ArdMoor customer service is excellent. I left a review on a pair of walking boots that had started to leak and the sole come away from the upper. The next day their customer service was in touch to sort out a claim with the manufacturer. All I had to do was send some photos. Resolution all sorted in less than a fortnight. All I can say is thank you ArdMoor for being so customer focused.”

“I have bought 3 pairs of walking boots from Ardmoor - the 3rd pair, Hoggs of Fife nevis boots, began to fall apart after 1 year. Ardmoor sorted my claim out with Hoggs on my behalf which resulted in a full refund/exchange for new pair. Very quick and helpful with immediate response on emails. Fully recommend.”
