“I was delighted to find somewhere where I could replace my old Aigle Wellington boots by placing an order and paying by card over the telephone, as I am sight impaired and do not have a mobile phone. “Hi. I had to wait an awfully long time to receive these deerhunter trousers as they were out of stock. The communication was good, but it might be an idea that if you do not actually have a product then disclose this at time of sale.”

“Searching for a new pair of walking boots , found a good brand at a very reasonable price at Ardmoor , ordered and paid online which was a very easy process , got my confirmation email immediately on the 5th . Order was despatched by Royal Mail tracked , and was delivered on Saturday 8th . The product itself is very good , service has been firest class , will happily purchase from Ardmoor again”

“Ordering was fine, delivery not so good. It took about 8 days to arrive, despite assurances from customer service that it would be sooner, and was then delivered to the billing address not the delivery address. On the plus side, the phone was answered promptly by someone who knew what was going on.”
