“Fast service and even back dated a 10% discound for my first purchase,that I hadn't noticed when I purchased the item. when I emailed to say I hadn't noticed the voucher in my emails. They refunded the dicount back to my card immediately. Can't say farer than that.”

“Waited a week for my order then I found out it was to be delivered by the useless Royal Mail no am or pm delivery windows and of course after staying in all day I went out shopping at 15.30 yep you've guessed it they tried delivering my order at 15.45 so I had to wait another 2 days,my advice dump Royal Mail for anyone else.”

“I would give 5 stars for product choice, order turnaround and customer service because all were excellent when I ordered my Didrikson parka online recently - but although the system accepted my order, it wasn't actually in stock. After a few days, I inquired about not receiving a shipping confirmation and the system error was then discovered. I was offered two alternatives at no additional cost (both were great choices) and my chosen parka was despatched the same day. Communication from the Customer Service team was excellent - thank you all for your responsiveness and the care taken to put things right. I'm really happy with my parka.”
