“Got excellent service with a Wellie warranty claim . Always find the staff helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I wanted some advice with size, style and likely fit of waterproof trousers. What I chose after their advice, was a perfect fit. Worth the phone call, no exchange or return.”

“I like the quality of my product but it’s a bit smaller than usual for the size. I had to be careful when ordering on the website because clicking on the product image did not update the colour so I initially added the wrong shade to my basket.”

“From ordering to payment the process was simple and straightforward. I was updated by email on the expected delivery and all went smoothly. I can't comment on the items I bought because they haven't been used as we haven't been on our camping holiday. All items arrived expertly packaged and undamaged. Overall good Customer Service and a positive experience!”

“I have been looking for a pair of leather chelsea boots for ages. I've had my eye on a pair from another brand for double the price. I'm happy to pay for something that's good quality, but when I saw these from Ardmoor for the price, I immediately purchased them. Ordering online was easy and they arrived safely within a few days. Being leather they were fairly tight on the foot, but I expected this and within just a few hours of wearing them indoors, they already felt better. I ordered my usual size 8 and they fit perfectly. I do have a slightly wider foot, but they're not uncomfortably tight and they've not worn in yet so I expect they'll keep improving. I really like them and I'm very happy with the purchase.”
