“Hi, I have given a midway score as I have yet to see the product? You may want to think of a different courier to Royal Mail. They are really unreliable and my boots were dumped beside a gate at my sons house despite changing the address on my part and receiving confirmation from RM that this had been received? I’m sure my Aigles will be wonderful as they always are but you were totally let down by the delivery in this occasion abd it’s not the first time RM have messed up deliveries to me, despite every other courier seemingly having no problems whatsoever!”

“Dispatched what I ordered on the next working day and I liked the product. However, I changed my mind about the colour and returned the item asking for an exchange for a different colour. Unfortunately, I had to pay £11.15 to do so as the Post Office informed me that there was no free returns with the product.”
