“I’ve been asked to review but I still haven’t received it. So this review is only regarding delivery which is poor. I would suggest they start using a different courier as it’s been with Royal Mail since 30th October and no further updates are available on the tracking. I ordered this on 26th Oct and it’s now 3rd Nov.”

Thank you for your review, I do apologise for the delay experienced with Royal Mail. The package left us on the 27th October and I can see it is now out for delivery today. My apologies as there is not normally this delay with the Royal Mail service.

“Very good service all round. Placed an order Monday evening. Order confirmed. Next day I was informed that my order was waiting for collection. Thursday morning goods arrived. I purchased a Ridgeline Monsoon coat. Worn it twice. Very impressed with the coat. Certainly recommend Ardmore and the products that they sell.”

“package of wellingtons arrived in good time and all in order. What I would say is in these times of companies moving forward with a reduction in plastic usage is Ardmoor used a huge amount of unrecyclable plastic to cover their package. I do realise its important to protect the box, however I cannot see it's necessary to cover it in several layers of tough unrecyclable plastic to the degree Ardmoor did. What is Ardmoor's position and stance on plastic usage in the company? And what evidence can you give to reassure your customers you're serious about your position? Regards AF”
