“Quick to take money and slow to deliver. I ordered 3 scaffhooks and 3 restraint lanyards and paid. I then received an email saying they only had 2 scaffhooks, i said just send the lanyards, i have had no refund or any update on the scaffhooks. I have had to buy elsewhere as the project begins tomorrow. All in all your service and commnuication is rubbish.”

“Ordered boots. Didn't arrive. Now been told they can't get them. Have since been told they are looking for a new supplier to supply them. Still waiting.......won't be buying again!”

Good morning Mr Bates. First of all apologies for the delay. As we advised at time of ordering we were sadly not aware the manufacturer had discontinued that particular PU wellington. As agreed we did look for an alternative for you which we sourced and ordered. We are expecting this to arrive tomorrow. It is a more expensive boot but we are of course honouring the price. We will ship them straight out on an overnight service so hopefully they will be with you very soon.

Good morning Mr Pottinger We are sorry we have not met your delivery expectations on this occasion. Unfortunately the product you ordered was a non-stock item. We advised you by email at the time of ordering they would be 2-3 weeks which we understand you replied to say you would wait. The good news is your children's lifejackets are already on the way and should be with you very shortly. As you are in Shetland transit time will be slightly longer than normal. Please do not hesitate to get in touch should you have any further queries.

“I ordered a dry suit on 26/7/21 it's now 5/10/21 with no sign of the dry suit and no communication from the company. Very poor customer service.”

“I had to chase my Order which I still haven’t received the agent wasn’t helpful and quiet abrupt with her response see below Thank you for your email, as soon as we get them back I will contact you straight away. Best Regards Gaynor Aston My Daughter started college today and none of the uniform Has arrived”

“I paid £7.00 for next day delivery. I did not receive my order. I subsequently telephoned the company five days later and spoke to a representative who stated “he was packing the order as we spoke”. I complained about the high £7.00 NEXT DAY Delivery charge and was informed that the charge would be reimbursed accordingly. I eventually received my order the following week. Needless to say I never received a refund and will NOT be dealing with this company again which is a shame because they were local.”

“Assumed product (encapsulated throw line) would universally fit life-rings on the stated side. On inserting it, the plastic tore slightly, and it sits at a wonky angle (think the internal diameter of the ring was a few mm bigger than expected). Not enough to bother for replacement/refund, but annoying based on the price paid. Not impressed and would not recommend. Also, no instructions for re-filling (putting the rope back) after deployment. Not impossible to work out, but a little diagram would have been appreciated.”
