“When ordering the stock I needed this delivered direct to one of our clients. The goods were delivered to us, rather than the client. Luckily we aren't too far from them so were able to get the stock to our client. This could have caused a problem had our client been further away. The driver also did not ensure we knew the stock had been delivered - it was left in our foyer.”

Good morning Jill Sorry to hear that the goods were delivered to the wrong address. The address labels are generated automatically from the website but unfortunately the delivery postcode we were provided - HU5 3AQ was incorrect (should be 3QA we believe) so the entry was rejected by the carriers software. It was then somehow redirected to your address in error. Should the delivery address not have been close to your business please be assured we would have picked up the goods and redirected them. With regard to leaving the goods unannounced in your foyer as advised we have taken this up with the carrier so that the driver is instructed not to do this in future. We look forward to being of service again in the future.

“The service from Aspli is excellent however it would be good when ordering stock on line that it tells you at the time of placing the order that they are out of stock rather than go through the payment process only to find out afterwards that they are out of stock.”

“In general good products. Main problem is that if the person you deal with goes on holiday the emails do not get pick up very quick. I wanted certain items quick, told the following day that they did not have all my order and would I like what was in stock shipping straight away. I replied yes but then girl went on holiday and then waited a week for my stuff.”
