“Dealing with the company was excellent but the product, air brick covers, was unfit for purpose, unfortunately. The adhesive was simply not strong enough to stick over the air ticks adequately, despite following the instructions to the letter. They fell off immediately and had to be binned.”

“I bought two reversible keep left/right signs to fit over road cones using riveted straps. One strap hadn't been fitted at one end. The rivet hadn't failed, it appeared not to have been fitted under the rivet or pierced by the rivet as intended. For info only, not a problem, I fitted a new rivet myself.”

“I’m very disappointed with my purchase. I thought I was buying a throw line (I live by a river) but turns out I just bought the plastic housing! At £35+ I hadn’t expected that - it wasn’t clear on the website. Also the packaging was poorly thought out. A massive box and loads of Bubble wrap but the item is pretty solid and didn’t need that much.”

“I purchased some life jacket bottles which was posted out quickly but when arrived was sent the wrong ones so my husband rang and spoke to a very friendly man and asked if we could get them changed which was agreed to and my husband also offered to come to the store to save on postage fees as he was travelling past a few days later which was appreciated by the man on the phone but once he got to the store he was greeted by a very rude gentleman who had no business being in a customer service role as he was very abrupt and never apologised regarding there mistake. We won't be visiting the store again.”
