I bought two reversible keep left/right signs to fit over road cones using riveted straps.
One strap hadn't been fitted at one end. The rivet hadn't failed, it appeared not to have been fitted under the rivet or pierced by the rivet as intended.
For info only, not a problem, I fitted a new rivet myself.
