“Good stock and reasonable prices EXCEPT shipping costs, which miraculously rise between cart and payment. Why use an expensive courier when Royal Mail is fine? Not "dangerous goods".”

“I ordered an air brick flood prevention kit online but was unfortunately sent the wrong item - product codes were one digit different. I telephoned to explain the problem and the company identified the correct product and had it dispatched to me on the same day I called even though it was after 3.00pm so that I received the replacement goods the next day. The staff were very helpful.”

“Goods arrived very promptly and as per order so everything worked fine. An improvement would be if a slower and cheaper delivery method was offered. I didn't need "next day" delivery and was nearly put off by the delivery charge.”

Good afternoon Pleased to hear you thought the product was great but sorry to hear the lids were broken in transit. We have instructed the warehouse staff to try and protect the lids better when packing them. We do have some spare lids here if they would be of benefit to you.
