I ordered an air brick flood prevention kit online but was unfortunately sent the wrong item - product codes were one digit different. I telephoned to explain the problem and the company identified the correct product and had it dispatched to me on the same day I called even though it was after 3.00pm so that I received the replacement goods the next day. The staff were very helpful.
