“Extremely happy with the service we received from David especially, and also the rest of the staff when we had problems with our hot water unit, just days from departing on a big trip. “Very pleased with your fast delivery of our new Thetford toilet for the caravan. Less than excited when we unpacked it and found the seat had been broken in transit. Felt a bit tentative before we reported the breakage but very happy now that you were so quick to despatch a new seat. Your people are very helpful and polite. We will be happy to recommend your firm to any of our caravanning friends. Thank you.”
