“Seller didn't follow through with the purchase never received item which was paid for wouldn't respond to my email s only help was eBay full refund I bought the same item in Townsville for 100 dollars cheaper the NO WORRIES REPLY DOESN'T WORK FOR ME very dissatisfied 😒”

“6weeks to try and get a roof sky light x2 . Ordered it and payed for 1 as there request. Was told be in a couple days . Went there 2 weeks later to pick it . Store person Bruce was exsteamly rude and a right dick and was asked to put it in a email as I did . . Played the blaim game. Spoke to Dave the manager was told he would give a discount.lies payed the same price Was told they would get them delivered to me . They turned up weeks later . Wrong product . Then the blaim game again . Went into store to take them back . Blaim game again then they wanted to charge me $180 extra for the product that I ordered and payed for . This is a joke I got my money back and that took 3 day . Never going back after all the years supporting this place they can go jump happy to leave my number 0488250555 I will not be spending a cent in store ever again”

“I'm sure it was a one off. But my order was in backorder for 7 weeks. I rang them the person I spoke to was very helpful. Said system had failed fo some reason as the product I ordered is always in stock so sent it str8 out. Couldn't explain why my order was a back order from the start. I will use them again as things happen.”

“The awning sat in your warehouse for over two weeks without anyone notifying me, I had rang you twice to see if you had it only to be told that it hadn't been delivered to you yet, yet it was sitting there all along it wasn't until I rung up a third time a said it that its been nearly a month since that I had ordered the awning and at the time of ordering I was told yoy usually get them within a week, so I said what's happening were is it, then someone finally looked for it a found it in the warehouse and said to come and get it, No apologies, no care given! “Very incompetent company got items a couple Cups was broken email them and i had to call them a week later cause there was no response. They sent me some new ones which were the completely wrong cups emailed them about this and then I had to call them because there was no response again And they told me that they’re gonna send out the new ones away today week and had to ring them again to find out where they were and they haven’t sent them yet. Couple more weeks later I receive my items I will never go for this company again, a lot of hassle for a product I would rather go down to BCF or anaconda it’s a lot quicker than waiting for this company”

“Took 10 Days for my order to arrive in Brisbane. 2 days after pick up Aramex site says my order left Melbourne, what a load of BS, 7 days to drive to Brisbane ? I believe there is not enough freight to go to Brisbane so they say it is on its way, 3 or 4 days later, truck is finally full and, it is then despatched. Negotiate shipping with another company.”

“I paid extra money to have my parcel delivered by Australia Post, as I have always found them to be reliable. This store sent it via Aramex couriers which was cheaper. I complained to Award RV Superstore. They responded with an apology however didn't refund to extra money I paid. It took 8 days for the parcel to arrive. I would definitely to recommend this store.”

“After purchase from caravan show.came home with half an order.wrong advise..then I have to wait three weeks on delivery of other half.and paid $150 too much.still waiting for order..and all paid in full...”

“Ordered TWO. Delivered ONE. Charged for two packs, only one pack was sent. I hadn't heard of the superstore before, but now I'll make sure everyone hears about them now. Nice work. So incredibly inconvenient.”
