“We ordered and paid for our stove in late December. The website indicated that the item could be delivered. We were told by staff, after purchase, that it could not and we would have to organise a courier. When I rang the store to get the dimensions, we were told that it could be delivered after all. We then paid for the delivery fee and told delivery would be 2 weeks. It is now over 6 weeks later and we still don't have our product. The company has made no attempt to communicate with us. We have had to call them and on the last check, the item may arrive at the store site between mid to late February, but there is no guarantee of that. Overall, I'm very disappointed with the service and clearly cannot comment on the quality of the product as I'm still waiting for it.”

“I ordered the DO35 hitch prior to Christmas expecting a call early in the new year. I visited the store and saw the hitch on the shop floor. I made an enquiry re my order and found they had not placed my order aside when they received the shipment and placed all stock on the shop floor.”

“Hi. It would have been much better it your web site had informed me the product I was purchasing was out of stock before I committed to purchase. Other sites I deal with usually do this . The product I purchased for my holiday still hasn't arrive and I will have completed my break tomorrow so not that impressed as Maybe you would understand. Probably not willing to risk another online purchase with you.”

“I had a problem with a purchase that caused damage to my equipment I was using to apply it. I emailed you by return Email for the Receipt I received on line as I wanted to include Photo's, and have not even received a reply Email sent was HI. I used the product I purchased, the first tube successfully however the second tube had a fault in the push disc inside the tube and either split or turned 90 degrees. Because I was using a Ryobi Batter Caulking gun which has a good sized disc on the push ram, it still continued to extrude the sealer, but ran out early. When I went to change tubes the problems started, the sealer had bypassed the faulty push disc in the tube and the push disc on the Caulking gun and filled up the mechanism and gearbox on the Battery Caulking gun. These products were obviously fairly old as there was a layer of dust on them, but no expiry date so I expected them to be serviceable. I then had to spend 2 hours and about a Litre of solvent totally dismantling and cleaning the caulking gun ( See Photo’s), which I was not happy about as it is barely 6 months old. I purchased it because I suffer from Arthritis and Carpel Tunnel of my hands and find the manual guns very hard and painful to use. I then had no option to resort to the manual gun to finish the job as I was not willing to risk having to spend another 2 hours cleaning. I will therefor be returning the faulty tube and 2 that I have not used ( when I am next in the area, (it is a 90 Km Hour and a Half round trip from home) as I believe they are most likely getting to old. Also if there is a problem with the Battery caulking gun that has been caused by the failure of the sealant tube I will be seeking the cost of the replacement. “Ordered and invoiced 4th November finally shipped 16th Nov arrived at PO BOX 19th Nov. This was a standard caravan electrical 240 v outlet , very poor service level. They say their logistic were a bit slow, well they may be but that doesn't excuse the complete lack of communication (nil advice) to say how bloody slow they are. In summary nothing award winning about the service level or the communication about order progress. I could have rode a push bike to Melbourne and back in the time it took these guys to process the order.”

“Item was purchased and it took 3 weeks to send it. I still have received the item. No communication. If I knew it was going to take 4 weeks to receive the item I wouldn’t of purchased. I will not purchase any items from this retailer again.”

“Took 13 days to post my item no contact as to why, when asked why it took so long I was told it was not in stock! Still waiting for it to arrive how can you advertise an item for sale on eBay when you don't have it? last time I will purchase for this store absolutely hopeless”

“Very disappointed with the service. Placed an order to be ready for a trip away only to find the 3 main things needed were on a lengthy back order. When I rang I was told that 1 item was to be sent that day, rang a week later after no tracking provided and it had not been sent. Cancelled the heaviest item. Had to call 3 times for the refund to be processed, being told twice that it had been when it had not. Refund comes through and none of the $288 freight has been refunded. Would I shop here again??? Highly unlikely”

“I live in Knox and believe in support all the local businesses. Committed to participating and volunteering for the sporting bodies, I love this community. This lead me to support another standout Knox Business. But my experience was shattered and shocked by the level of service dealt by your company. I will inform every camping enthusiast to avoid any possible installation job from RV Award. The amount of disgrunteld customers who shared their experience is shocking. Lies, lies and bulltish is the order of the day. Deal only with a guy called Casey. Steer clear of everyone else. Don't expect return calls, emails !!”
