Purchased Winegard Aerial online via EBay which later on received a call to tell me there was no stock. Money was credited but the international transaction fee is lost.

Have been asked to do a review when the item has not yet arrived. When it eventually arrived there was no battery included, yet the photo of the item included the battery.

It’s taken me eight months to get any response on warranty for a seaflo pump and now it’s delayed in the post.

They don't honor there prices they advertise for and wanted more money and they canceled my order??? never buy from them again

Item was out of stock and company waited 3 weeks to tell me, very poor I want a refund I do not want to wait a few weeks for it to be back in stock, would prefer to buy from someone else

I was disappointed on two levels, we ordered a caravan table leg and off set piece, they were different sizes, so didn't fit together. The staff packing that must have seen the issue but no effort was made to correct. I then rang the company and was told bad luck you bought it through EBAY take it up with them, then I pressed the issue and they said back luck you ordered the wrong part. I pressed some more and they said send it back through EBAY at your cost and we will see what can be done. Disappointing experience but we bought on line so our fault.

Very Poor. I purchased this item on the 7th of August 2020. I received it on the 3rd of September 2020. The purpose which I purchased it had come and gone. I should have gone to Bunnings and purchased it off he shelf. I cannot accept a reason for such a long delay from purchase to delivery. Please do not use Covid-19 as a reason. I often purchase items for my caravan, but will be very reluctant to purchase anything further from you.

Firstly after not receiving my order after a week I rang to find out it just had not been processed, after another week still nothing not very happy with my purchase process and still waiting

I placed an order for two items on 5 Aug, I received email advice on 6 Aug stating that both had shipped TOGETHER.. One item was delivered within a week. No sign of the second item, but all the paperwork stated that the two items were shipped together, with just one E-parcel tracking #. I checked my credit card a/c, both items had been charged. I emailed RV and Kate replied promptly on Saturday 8 Aug, "One of my colleagues will contact you on Monday". No-one contacted me, so I rang on Tues 11th, 13th and 17th, speaking to Richard, and then twice to David. Each time I requested an email to confirm that RV still had the missing item on order for me. By 18 Aug I STILL had NOT received any email: out of desperation, I logged on to my Award RV a/c: a new no-charge back-order had been entered on 12 Aug, but no-one bothered to tell me. The missing item eventually arrived today 31 Aug, three weeks late: there was NO shipping docket enclosed. I'm not happy. Award RV are at the bottom of my list of preferred suppliers. I am extremely disappointed and really cheesed off with the delivery of my order. I ordered EXTREME AWNING DEFLAPPERS and I was sent XL DEFLAPPERS not what I wanted and not what I ordered. I was looking forward to the 400mm with 2 straps. I am not paying freight to return and replace. How depressing in this already sad environment. Order No. 11-05590-59377

Price was very good. Simple order system. Very slow to process my order, fulfil and yet to be delivered. Ordered 31/7, fulfiled 11/8. Delivery due 18-20th perhaps. I order many things online. This is around 3 times slower than anything I have ever ordered including from overseas. I'm quite disappointed.

Ordered an item from online store , got tax invoice for correct item ordered then got tracking information saying another item was coming instead . Emailed straight away and started backward / forward emails with constant question and getting nowhere . RV Superstore said there was a glitch in the system and would get back to me when they could work it out . Item finally arrive and was correct item although tracking said it wasn't . RV Superstore never got back to me to say what was happening or ask if correct item had arrived . Cant be putting up with this disorganised mess . Will shop elsewhere in future , never at RV Superstore online . This review RV Superstore sent me is even asking me to review item I didn't order , not item I did order .
