“I purchased an eco flow wave battery that was showing on the Award RV Superstore website and additionally, I also made another $250 purchases to shop in one location. The eco flow wave battery was the only reason for using the Award RV Superstore. Unfortunately, Award RV Superstore can no longer get an eco flow wave battery in, but the item is still showing on their website. No one followed up with me once they became aware of this.”

“Click and collect order made on Sunday never heard anything. Went to store on Tuesday afternoon to collect, order still hadn't been picked and staff made me feel like it was very inconvenient.”

“I ordered items on line for click and collect. Got an SMS saying order was ready. When husband arrived to collect order it was nowhere to be found. Husband had to wait a long time for staff to find items on shelves. Luckily items were available from shelves as husband had driven half an hour to collect order.”

“Good Morning i recently purchased two lids (hatches) for my caravan on speaking to the young man i told him that they were Ventline and he said that they had heaps which i was very happy with i also told him that i had the code so that i would get the right ones where he said that he didnt need it and passed me onto the lady who would do the paperwork for the lids, where i told her that i had the code for the lids which she replied i dont need it,my existing lids are 14" the lids that arrived yesterday were 13"so now i have two new lids that dont fit, can you help fix this problem and im happy to send them back.Cheers Chris”

“Click and Collect useless... waited 4 hours no notification went in to store they hadn't even looked at the order. Told me to browse while they got it.. my answer "THAT IS WHY I DID CLICK AND COLLECT AS I HAVE CHILDREN IN THE CAR".... NEVER AGAIN....”

“Sent wrong item. Was not happy they said wouldn’t send correct one until incorrect one was returned. Considering I wanted it for next weekend as birthday present was not happy that the prospect of not being here on time is upsetting .”

“Have been very happy until my last order I ordered 2 items only received one after they said I will send both of them only 1 arrived I rang to find the other item is they said it wasn’t sent we will send it now and charged me for extra delivery costs not happy”
