“I ordered an internal caravan clock. We were housesitting several locations and didn't open the package immediately, as our caravan was in storage. Opening the package 4 weeks later, we found that the clock had a broken front glass. After ringing Award, I was offered a refund or replacement. I asked for a replacement and it was received really quickly without hassle. Thank You Award for your great customer service.”

“Item as described freight was quick, unfortunately the box was damaged in transit and the brackets that attach to the van and instructions were missing. Luckily BCF sold the brackets and I just nutted the rest out”

“Love the Mawby Hooks and we have successfully fitted them however if we had had to return them Award RV returns policy is a bit steep in terms of admin charge and we had to open packaging to see if they fitted...”

“Parcel arrived 2 x dinner sets.love the design and so disappointed when I box had a little damage on 2 sides and inside one side plate cracked and broken with piece totally out of it. Am asking fir replacement but also going to buy another set as love them.shoukd all be sorted out soon waiting to here from the people who sold it. Ryan was very helpful”
